Prime Achievers Before and After Care

Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with the health situation at Prime Achievers. Being in a busy part of Chicago, I expected them to be more on top of sanitizing, but the facility feels cramped and often looks like it hasn't seen a deep clean in weeks. My kid has come home with a recurring cough and stomach bugs way too often. Communication is almost non-existent; you don't get a heads-up when something is going around until half the class is already out. Plus, the staff-to-child ratio feels off—on the busy afternoons, it’s basically just survival mode, and there's no way they can monitor if kids are washing their hands or sharing germs. It’s convenient for the commute, but I’m seriously looking at other options because the wellness culture just isn't there.
