Northcenter Lighthouse

Northcenter Lighthouse is okay, but I’ve got some mixed feelings. The facility itself looks clean when you walk in, and they do follow the basic safety and food regulations you'd expect from a big franchise. They have a solid parent handbook with safe sleep policies, which gave me some peace of mind early on. However, I’ve noticed a lot of turnover with the assistant teachers and afternoon staff lately. It feels like every time my kid gets used to someone, there's a new face, which makes me wonder how well they're actually managing the classroom sanitization and hand-washing routines during those hectic shift changes. It's a standard daycare experience—not gross, but they definitely seem a bit understaffed at times which makes me worry about how quickly they catch it when a bug starts going around the classroom.
