Honestly, I’m getting pretty concerned about the building upkeep at Courtenay. I saw some recent reports about the sump pumps failing at the north end of the building, and it makes me wonder about moisture and air quality in the lower levels. The attendance rates aren't great either, and it feels like there's always some bug going around because the kids are packed in. It’s a great community for language arts, but the physical environment feels like it’s being held together by duct tape sometimes. I wish they’d prioritize the facility's health as much as the academics.
