  • To be honest, I’m pretty frustrated with the state of the facilities at Beethoven lately. My kid is always telling me about the bathrooms being a total mess—it seems like there's constantly a toilet leaking or out of order on the third floor, which is just gross and unsanitary for the older boys. Plus, I saw in some school board notes that they've been having issues with the water tanks not even dispensing water right. It’s hard to teach kids about good hygiene and handwashing when the sinks are broken or the bathrooms are under repair half the time. Dealing with CPS is always a hurdle, but the physical environment here just feels neglected and it's definitely affecting the 'wellness' vibe of the school.
