  • Honestly, Cardenas is a bit of a mixed bag. The Little Village location is super convenient, and they have some decent early childhood programs, but the building itself feels like it’s constantly needing work. I’ve heard from other parents that some of the equipment is pretty old and they’ve had issues with things just breaking down, which makes me worry about the overall air quality and cleanliness. Communication about when kids are getting sick in class is okay, but not great. It feels like an average city school—not terrible, but definitely not the cleanest or most modern place for the kids.
