Early Achievers Academy

I really wanted to love this place because it's so convenient for our commute, but honestly, I'm pretty frustrated with the health situation. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with a new bug, and the communication from the staff about what’s going around is basically non-existent. The classrooms always seem a bit too crowded which I’m sure is why things spread so fast. Plus, the cleanliness is hit or miss—I've seen sticky surfaces more than once at pickup. For the price, I expected a much stricter sick-child policy and better sanitization.

My son has been going to Early Achievers for a few months now and honestly, the staff is really on top of the health stuff. They are pretty strict about the '24-hour fever-free' rule which can be a pain if you're a working parent, but I appreciate that it keeps the classroom from becoming a total germ factory. The facility on 83rd always smells clean when I drop him off, not that heavy bleach smell, more just fresh. They're also really good about calling right away if he seems off or has a runny nose. Only downside is the communication can be a little slow if there's a specific bug going around the whole center, but usually, they’re pretty transparent.
