When half the kids are missing school regularly, you know the environment isn't supporting their well-being. The building itself feels really neglected and the cleanliness just isn't there, which makes me worry every time a flu or stomach bug starts going around. With how high the student-to-counselor ratio is, there is zero support for the kids' mental health or personal wellness. It feels like they are just struggling to keep the doors open rather than actually providing a healthy place for our kids to learn.
