Cuddle Care

To be honest, I’m pretty uneasy about Cuddle Care lately. When you search for them, it’s confusing because you see references to medical and veterinary stuff and 'containment risks' mixed in with their name, which is a huge red flag for a place watching my toddler. The communication about actual health protocols is super vague, and I've heard some concerns about how well they actually keep the rooms ventilated and sanitized. In a city like Chicago, you really want a daycare that’s on top of their sick policy, but here it feels like things just slide. I’m seriously considering looking for a place that feels more like a school and less like a random office setup with questionable safety oversight.

Honestly, Cuddle Care has been a lifesaver for our family in Kenwood. The facility always smells clean when I walk in, and they're super strict about their sick policy—it's annoying when my kid gets sent home for a runny nose, but I appreciate that they’re actually trying to keep the germs from spreading to everyone else. My only minor gripe is that sometimes the communication about when a bug is going around the classroom could be a little faster, but the teachers are so sweet and really keep an eye on the kids' wellness throughout the day.
