  • I honestly have mixed feelings about Crayolas. While the teachers are nice, it feels like my little one is coming home with a new bug every other week. The common areas don't always look the cleanest, and I've noticed they aren't super strict about the sick-child policy—I've seen kids dropped off with clear runny noses and hacking coughs more than once. With the student-to-teacher ratio being what it is in Little Village, I feel like the staff is just too overwhelmed to really sanitize things the way they should. It’s a struggle because the location is convenient, but the constant illnesses are exhausting for working parents.

  • My little one has been at Crayolas for a few months now and honestly, I'm pretty relieved with how they handle all the germs that come with preschool. The classrooms in Little Village always look super tidy and I see the teachers wiping down the toys pretty much every time I'm there for pickup. They’re super strict about the 24-hour fever-free rule, which can be a pain when you're trying to get to work, but it definitely keeps the whole class from getting taken out by the same bug. My only grip is that communication about 'what's going around' could be a little faster sometimes, but overall the staff is really caring and they make sure the kids are washing their hands constantly.
