Caterpillar Care

I honestly can't say enough good things about the health and wellness vibe at Caterpillar Care. Sending an infant to daycare for the first time is stressful with all the germs, but they keep the West Town facility so clean and organized. I’ve noticed they are really on top of their sick policies—they don't just let things slide, which I appreciate because it keeps the whole class from getting hit with every bug going around. The teachers genuinely seem to care about the kids' wellbeing, and the communication whenever a sniffle pops up is always super fast and transparent. It definitely feels like a safe, healthy environment compared to some of the other places we toured in the city.

Honestly, Caterpillar Care has been pretty solid since we started. The West Town location is super convenient for us, and I’ve noticed they really try to keep things clean—I don't smell that weird 'dirty diaper' air when I walk in, which is a big plus. They’re super strict about the 24-hour fever-free rule, which can be a total pain when you're trying to get to work, but it definitely keeps the seasonal crud from spreading through the whole class every single week. My only gripe is they could be a little faster with the app notifications when someone in the room gets diagnosed with hand-foot-and-mouth, but overall the staff is caring and my kid is happy and healthy there.
