  • I honestly can't say enough good things about the health environment at Caterpillar Care on Milwaukee. As a first-time parent, I was so paranoid about the 'daycare plague,' but they are super diligent here. The facility is always spotless when I drop off my son, and you can tell they actually stick to their cleaning protocols rather than just talking about them. They are really transparent about whenever a bug is going around the classroom, which I appreciate so I'm not caught off guard by a fever at 2 AM. The staff is so attentive and they don't just brush off minor symptoms; they really keep an eye on the kids' wellness throughout the day. It’s such a relief to know he’s in a place that feels high-end and professional but still has that warm, caring vibe. If you’re looking for a spot in West Town that actually prioritizes hygiene and keeping the kiddos healthy, this is definitely it.

  • Honestly, I've been pretty happy with how Caterpillar Care handles the 'daycare crud' that always goes around. My little one has been there for six months and while we've had the usual runny noses, the staff is really on top of wiping down the toys and common areas. They send out clear emails whenever hand, foot, and mouth or something similar pops up in a classroom, which I appreciate so I can watch for symptoms. My only slight gripe is their fever policy is super strict—if your kid hits 100.4 they are calling you immediately—but I guess that’s why the whole place doesn't get sick at once! It's a solid, clean spot and I trust them to keep things hygienic.
