Honestly, I've had some concerns with Wise Owl lately. The indoor space feels pretty cramped and there were a few days where the ventilation just didn't seem great, leaving the whole place smelling like old diapers and cleaning chemicals. They are hit or miss with communication too—my little one came home with a nasty cough and a fever, and I didn't get a heads-up that half the class was out sick until I asked the next morning. For the price, I expected a bit more transparency and a cleaner vibe. It’s convenient for Logan Square, but the hygiene standards feel like they've slipped.

Honestly, Wise Owl has been a lifesaver for our family since my daughter started as a toddler. The place is always spotless when I drop her off, and you can tell they actually take their cleaning protocols seriously—we haven't dealt with nearly as many 'daycare bugs' as my friends at other centers. They are super on top of it when anything is going around, and the communication about health stuff is always quick and clear. It’s such a relief to know she’s in a place that’s actually clean and where the staff genuinely cares about keeping the kids healthy and active.
