  • Honestly, I’m pretty frustrated with the situation at Village of Hope. It feels like my kid is coming home with a new bug every other week, and when I walk in, the place just doesn't feel or smell that clean. The sick-child policy is super vague, so I see parents dropping off kids who are clearly unwell all the time, which just restarts the cycle for everyone else. Communication from the staff about outbreaks or even general health updates is basically non-existent. It’s tough because we need childcare in North Lawndale, but I really wish they would step up the sanitizing and be more transparent about what’s going around.
