  • Honestly, I’ve been really disappointed with how things are handled at Tots Land on Harlem. It feels like every other week there is another bug going around the classroom and the communication from the staff is pretty much nonexistent. I’ve had to pick my son up with a high fever twice now where nobody even called me to tell me he was acting lethargic until he actually threw up. It’s a very 'corporate' vibe where they just want the tuition but don’t really seem to have a solid handle on sanitizing the toys or enforcing the sick policy. I see kids being dropped off with thick green runny noses all the time and the teachers just shrug it off. For the price, you’d expect a much cleaner environment and better wellness check-ins. If your kid has a sensitive immune system, I'd definitely look elsewhere because it feels like a total germ factory in there lately.
