  • Honestly, I’m pretty worried about the environment at Marquette. Finding out there were issues with lead in the water at an art room sink was a huge red flag for me—I'm not sure if I can really trust the older plumbing in the building overall. It also seems like they are constantly playing catch-up with the facilities, like just now getting around to ordering proper filters for the air handling units. My kid comes home with a scratchy throat more often than I’d like to see, and with how crowded the classrooms feel, it’s no wonder bugs spread like wildfire. The school is trying, but the infrastructure just feels old and a bit neglected, which makes it hard to feel good about the 'wellness' culture there.
