To be honest, I’ve been pretty frustrated with the health situation at Little Minds. It feels like every other week my kid is coming home with a new bug because the sick-child policy isn't strictly enforced. The facility on Madison is a bit cramped, and with so many kids in a smaller space, germs just spread like wildfire. I rarely see the staff deep cleaning the high-touch areas, and the communication about outbreaks is hit or miss. It’s hard to feel good about the 'wellness culture' when the attendance seems so inconsistent and the place just lacks that fresh, sanitized feel you'd expect for a professional center.
