Teddy Bear Nursery Schools

Honestly, I was pretty nervous about starting my little one in daycare with all the bugs going around Chicago, but Teddy Bear has been great. They actually have a solid wellness plan in place that covers everything from healthy eating to how the kids can relax and destress, which you don't always see at this age. I noticed they updated their cleaning policies recently too, and the Gage Park site always looks and smells fresh when I drop off, not like that 'stale' classroom air some places have. Communication is usually pretty clear when a bug is going around the class so we aren't blindsided by a fever at 2 AM. My only gripe is that their sick-child policy is super strict—if your kid even looks at them funny with a runny nose, they might call you to pick them up—but I guess that’s why the whole school doesn't get sick at once. It’s a relief knowing they take the hygiene stuff seriously.
