Creative Kids Daycare Center #2

To be honest, I'm pretty stressed out with the hygiene situation at Creative Kids. It feels like every other week my little one is coming home with a new bug, and the communication about what's going around the classroom is basically non-existent. The facility doesn't always look the cleanest when I do pickup, and with the high number of kids they have crammed in there, illnesses just spread like wildfire. I'm also really frustrated with the drop-off policy—it seems way too lax because I see kids who are clearly sick being allowed in, which just restarts the cycle for everyone else. Thinking about looking for a new spot because this constant cycle of sick days isn't sustainable for working parents.

I've had my youngest at Creative Kids for about six months now and honestly, I'm pretty happy with how they handle the germs. The Gage Park location is always clean when I drop off, and you can tell the staff actually wipes down the toys regularly. They’re super strict about the '24-hour fever-free' rule which is annoying when you're a working parent, but it definitely keeps the seasonal flu from wiping out the whole classroom. I just wish they communicated a little faster when there’s a breakout of something like HFM, but overall, it’s a solid, healthy spot for the kids.
