  • I honestly can't say enough good things about the Streeterville location. We had our baby there for over a year and always felt so comfortable with the cleanliness of the rooms. The teachers are super on top of things—if there's a bug going around, they let us know right away, and you can tell they actually follow their sanitizing routines instead of just talking about them. It's such a relief finding a downtown spot that feels this safe and well-kept.

  • My toddler has been at Caterpillar Care for almost a year now and honestly, the health standards are pretty solid for being right in the middle of downtown. It’s always super clean when I drop off, and they’re really strict about the 24-hour fever-free rule, which is annoying when it’s your kid, but great for keeping the germs from spreading to everyone else. The communication about hand-foot-and-mouth or whatever else is going around the local area is usually pretty fast so we can keep an eye out for symptoms. Only downside is that because it’s a smaller urban space, the kids are in close quarters, but the staff does a good job with sanitizing the toys and keeping them outside for fresh air as much as possible.
