I've had my little one at Care-A-Lot for a bit now and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. On the plus side, the facility itself usually looks pretty clean and the rooms are packed with toys, so it doesn't feel dingy or anything. However, I’m lukewarm on how they handle health stuff. I've seen some staff reviews mentioning they feel unsupported by management, which makes me worry about burnout and whether they're actually following all the sanitizing protocols when they're stretched thin. It’s a decent neighborhood spot, but I wish the communication about sick kids in the class was a little more proactive instead of just being a 'wait and see' situation.

My little one has been at Care-A-Lot for about six months now and honestly, I'm pretty relieved with how they handle things. The place always smells clean when I walk in—not like heavy bleach, just fresh. They are super strict about their fever policy, which can be a pain when you're a working parent, but it definitely keeps the 'classroom plague' from spreading too fast. Communicating through the app about any sniffles in the room is usually quick, though I wish they'd give a bit more detail sometimes. Overall, it feels like a safe, healthy spot for the kids.
