Ann Reid ECC does a great job with cleanliness, especially given it's a preschool. Classrooms always seem tidy, and I've seen staff frequently wiping down surfaces. Illness communication is usually prompt via email, detailing what's circulating, which is helpful. Their sick policy is clearly stated, and they appear to enforce it reasonably well; I haven't seen obviously ill children lingering. Staff responsiveness is generally excellent for health concerns. They're quick to call if a child isn't feeling well and provide clear updates.

Ann Reid is generally very clean, which is a huge relief with little ones! They do a good job with daily tidying, and classrooms always seem well-maintained. Illness communication is quite prompt; we usually get an email quickly if there's a specific illness going around, which helps us stay vigilant. The sick policy is clearly stated and, from what we've observed, enforced pretty consistently. They err on the side of caution, which is what you want in a preschool. Staff responsiveness to health concerns or questions has been excellent; they're quick to call if there's an incident and very open to discussing any issues.
