  • Timber Pointe overall does a good job with health safety, especially for a summer camp. They emphasize handwashing upon arrival and before meals, which is great. Communication about illnesses could be a bit more proactive. We received a general email about a stomach bug going around after the fact, rather than specific symptoms to watch out for. Their sick policy seems to be enforced well; we saw a couple of kids sent home promptly. Staff were responsive when our child scraped their knee, handling it quickly and reassuringly. My only suggestion would be clearer, more immediate communication about specific health concerns within the camp groups.
