Know what's going around before it reaches your house A group of Patricia Shephard Center families have started using Ickly, a free app where parents log symptoms anonymously so everyone can see what illnesses are actually circulating at our school and in our neighborhood. If strep, hand-foot-and-mouth, or a stomach bug is making the rounds, you'll know early enough to watch for it, plan childcare, or keep a kid home a day. It takes about a minute to set up: create an account, follow Patricia Shephard Center, and log how your kids are doing when something comes up. Nothing you share identifies your child. Subject: Let's keep an eye on what's going around at Patricia Shephard Center Hi everyone, Quick share: a few of us have started using Ickly, a free app that shows what illnesses parents are reporting at Patricia Shephard Center and nearby. Instead of hearing about strep or a stomach bug a week late, you get a heads up while it's still spreading. All you do is create an account, follow Patricia Shephard Center, and log a quick note when your child is sick. Reports are anonymous, and the more families who join, the more useful it gets for all of us. Join here: https://ickly.com Thanks!

Class group chat / WhatsApp

Short enough for a text thread.

Sharing something useful: Ickly shows what's going around at Patricia Shephard Center in real time (strep, stomach bugs, hand-foot-and-mouth). Parents log symptoms anonymously, so the more of us on it the better it works. Follow our school here: https://ickly.com
