For pediatric clinics

Help families understand what's circulating around them.

Ickly gives parents a privacy-first view of illnesses reported around schools, daycares, and neighborhoods. Your clinic can share one QR code without adding a new system or reporting task for staff.

Why teams choose Ickly

Visibility with local families

Endorsing clinics are shown on relevant local Ickly pages, where parents go when they are already thinking about their child's health. We are early, so we do not promise a number of new patients.

A resource you can stand behind

Share something useful between visits, with clear privacy rules and plain-language guidance that always points families back to their pediatrician.

Neighborhood health visibility

As more families and schools participate, you can see community reports of what is circulating locally. Coverage varies by neighborhood and is still growing.

Zero workflow burden

No EHR integration, no staff training, no data entry, no dashboards, and no reporting obligation. One sentence and a QR code is the whole commitment.

No procurement battle

This is not an EHR integration and no patient data changes hands, so there is typically no IT or security review involved.

A practical community touchpoint

Give families a useful resource between visits while making your practice visible on relevant local Ickly pages.

How the clinic pilot works

  1. 1

    Review the free sample

Download the kit with a [YOUR CLINIC NAME] placeholder so your team can read every asset before deciding anything.

  2. 2

    Start a free 90-day pilot

Approve one short endorsement sentence. Nothing goes out with your name until you approve it. No charge and no automatic renewal.

  3. 3

    Share the QR once

Add it to an after-visit summary, waiting room poster, or portal message. No EHR work, data entry, dashboards, or reporting.

  4. 4

    Decide after the season

We check in at the end of the pilot. If it helped your families, choose a paid endorser plan. If not, you simply stop.

Trust and privacy

What you are putting your name behind

Ickly is early. We would rather be clear about how it works than make promises we cannot back up yet.

How reports stay anonymous

Parents log symptoms without names, birthdays, or medical records. Shared views only show counts grouped by school, ZIP code, or neighborhood, and any group under 5 reports is suppressed so no single child can be identified. Clinics never receive individual reports.

How reports are checked

Each report is tied to a signed-in parent account (never shown publicly), so parents can correct their own entries and one-off anonymous spam cannot flood local trends. Ickly shows community reports, not confirmed diagnoses, and labels them that way. Statewide context comes from public CDC data.

Who reviews health messaging

Illness guides and seasonal tips are written in plain language from public sources such as the CDC and AAP, and always point families to their pediatrician for medical decisions. Your clinic approves every word attached to your name before anything is published.

What endorsement means

Endorsing Ickly means you think it is a useful community resource for families. It does not make your clinic responsible for reports, create a data-sharing relationship, or imply clinical validation of any individual report. You can withdraw at any time.

From clinics in the pilot

Our first clinic pilots are starting this sick season. We will share real quotes and outcomes here once participating clinics approve them, not before.

Who we start with

  • Independent pediatric practices
  • Small to mid-sized pediatric groups
  • Clinics that actively communicate with parents (portal, SMS, email)
  • Practices with a strong community reputation and family loyalty

Try a free 90-day seasonal pilot.

The pilot includes a sample QR toolkit and a short setup conversation. There is no charge and no automatic renewal. If it is useful, you can choose a paid endorser plan afterward.
