Can parents post negative reviews about my center?+
Parents can leave health reviews about things like cleanliness and communication. If a review names a child or staff member, or makes a medical claim, tell us and we will review it. Symptom reports are always anonymous and never tied to a review.
Will a spike on my page scare families who are touring?+
Illness data is shown by ZIP code and area, not as a scorecard for your center. Every daycare sees colds and stomach bugs. Families touring tend to read a claimed page with clear health policies as a sign you take it seriously.
Is this a problem for licensing or privacy rules?+
Ickly never collects children's names or health records from you, and parent reports are anonymous and grouped so no family can be identified. You're not sharing any records with us, so it doesn't change what you report to your licensing agency.
How does this fit with Brightwheel or Procare?+
It sits alongside them. Keep using your parent app for check-in, billing, and messages. Ickly tells you what's going around outside your walls, and the ready-made messages paste right into the app you already use.
What happens if I stop paying for Premium?+
Premium is billed once a year. To stop renewal, email us before your renewal date and we will cancel it; you will not be charged again. Your public page stays on Ickly.
