  • Sending my little one to The Baby Academy has been a pretty mixed bag. On one hand, I really appreciate that they do the Early Head Start programs and have these free baby safety and breastfeeding classes—it feels like they actually care about the parent community and not just the kids. They definitely mention having 'enhanced cleaning' protocols in their reports, which sounds great in theory, but some days it still feels like the usual daycare germs are running wild and communication about when a bug is going around could be a lot better. It's affordable and the teachers seem to care about basic hygiene, but I'm not seeing anything that goes above and beyond standard care.
