  • Switching to this location was a great move for our family. The facility inside the Monroe building is always sparkling clean, which is a huge relief when you've got toddlers crawling everywhere. They're pretty strict about their sick policy—if a kid has a fever or a weird cough, they are going home—which keeps the usual daycare germs from spreading as fast. I’ve noticed they really prioritize physical movement and safety, plus the 'tree house' reading nook is a hit for keeping them engaged. Overall, it feels like a very healthy, professional environment and I don't worry about her catching every little bug when she's there.

  • My toddler has been at BH West Loop for a year now and the health side of things is actually pretty solid for a downtown center. They are super strict about the 24-hour fever rule, which can be annoying when you're trying to get to work at the office nearby, but it definitely helps keep the revolving door of germs at a minimum. The teachers are great about reminding kids to wash their hands, and the center always looks and smells really clean despite being in a high-traffic area. Communication is usually via the app, so you get a heads-up pretty quickly if something like HFM or a stomach bug is going around the classroom. Only downside is it's a bit of a maze getting in and out with the city layout, but the wellness standards are definitely better than the home care we had before.
